Details

Final stage assessment of the impact of proposals in the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill for the repeal of section 52 of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988. It aims to make copyright apply for the life of the creator plus 70 years for artistic works that are mass produced. One of ten impact assessments for the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill (URN 12/860-866, 11/1381, 12/644 and 12/648).
