The contract information for the categories listed below both present and future, however, not all of these areas may be applicable to your Agency.

Hardware (including the provision of Desktops, Laptops, PDA’s/Mobile devices and Servers. Please include details on any attached maintenance and potential refreshes of the supplied hardware)

Software (including the provision of Document Management Systems, Content Management Systems, Customer Relationship Management Systems, Financial, Human Resources, Enterprise Resource Planning, e-Learning Software, Data Management Software, Web Based Applications, any other software you have in place)
