This strategy sets out how the department is adopting continuous improvement techniques to drive service improvement.
Continuous improvement, as a set of management techniques, offers the opportunity to put the customer at the heart of our thinking and processes, drive efficiency and effectiveness of delivery and engage and empower staff to develop new ways of working.
