Who collects your data
The Incubator for Artificial Intelligence (i.AI), part of the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT), is the data controller for information collected through this form.
What data we collect
We collect:
- your name
- your government email address
- your department
- your role type
- whether you have a consultation in mind and, if so, when it is expected to open
Why we collect this data
We collect this information to manage the Consult waitlist and to contact you when we are in a position to onboard your department. We may also use it to send you relevant updates about Consult’s rollout across government.
Our lawful basis for processing
We process your data under Article 6(1)(e) of the UK GDPR - the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.
How long we keep your data
We will keep your data for as long as you remain on the waitlist or until you ask us to remove you.
Who we share your data with
We will not share your data with any third parties outside of DSIT without your consent, unless we are required to do so by law.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- ask us to delete your data
- withdraw your consent or object to our processing
