Consult is an AI tool developed by the Incubator for Artificial Intelligence (i.AI). It helps government teams analyse public consultation responses by identifying themes across large volumes of responses and maps each response to those themes. This frees analysts to focus on insight rather than categorisation.
Use this form to register your interest in using Consult. Demand currently exceeds capacity, so we are managing access through a waitlist ahead of a full cross-government rollout planned for 2027.
Who this form is for
This form is for UK civil servants who want to use Consult to support public consultation analysis. You do not need to have a consultation planned to register your interest.
What you will need
You will need to provide:
- your name
- your government email address
- your department
- your role type
- whether you have a specific consultation in mind and, if so, when it is expected to open

Once you submit the form, you will be added to the Consult waitlist. We will contact you when we are ready to onboard your department, or if we need more information. We cannot confirm specific timelines for individual departments at this stage, but we will keep registered users updated as the rollout progresses.
