This plan provides a national framework for addressing the construction sector’s workforce and skills challenges, and the barriers to workforce investment and development.

This will require joint and collaborative work between government, industry, local leaders and delivery partners that:

• work coherently to avoid duplication, overlap and competing activities
• deliver outcomes that drive investment and bridge the gaps to support workforce supply and absorption
