This document assesses the impact of the consolidation of the Building Regulations 2000 (as amended) and the Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) Regulations 2000 (as amended).

Please note that although this is a ‘final’ stage impact assessment, as nothing was changed during the final proposal stage, the impact assessment remains the same for the ‘enactment’ stage.
