The Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF) supports and delivers activity to tackle instability and to prevent conflicts that threaten UK interests. Under the CSSF, the Cyber and Tech Programme aims to help maintain a thriving digital society powered by trustworthy technologies that uphold a free, open, peaceful and secure cyberspace.

We are seeking implementers for 2 scoping projects:

  • Human Rights in the Digital Age (HURDA): to increase our understanding of impactful capacity building interventions to protect and promote human rights online
  • International data protection developments and cross-border transfers: to support the free and safe flow of personal data internationally by researching relevant developments in Commonwealth countries

We welcome bids from not-for-profit organisations whose influence can bring policy change or lead to demonstrable impact.

See further details on the projects, including how to bid, and the selection criteria, in the terms of reference for each project. These also include instructions on which documents you must include in bids.
