This document sets out the requirements and the process applied by the Department for Transport when considering applications to the Secretary of State for Transport for modification of concessionary fares schemes and arrangements made under the Transport Act 2000, and the Transport Act 1985 as amended by the Concessionary Bus Travel Act 2007.
