These statements record the findings and recommendations of the UK National Contact Point (UK NCP) about a complaint.

The complaint is from a workers association stating that Eurest Algeria Spa (Eurest), a subsidiary of a UK company Compass Group PLC, did not comply with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) guidelines.

The workers association is the International Unions of Food, Agriculture, Hotel, Restaurant, Catering, Tobacco and Allied Workers’ Association (IUF) raising the complaint on behalf of the Syndicate National Autonome des Personnels de l’Administration Publique (SNAPAP).
