Sought comments on the government’s work to improve the company law framework and areas where more work may be done that are under consideration. The ‘Red Tape Challenge’ theme concentrates on the regulations associated with company and commercial law, but this paper acknowledges that alternative approaches and improved guidance may also improve the framework. Responses were due by 29 February 2012.
