We have received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following: 

    How many companies are authorised to supply UK police forces with Tasers and who are they?

We released the following information on 24 August 2011.

 

• There is one company authorised to sell tasers in the UK to the police.  That company is called Tactical Safety Responses Ltd.
