Thank you for your letter of 1 August, in which you set out your decision to resign as the Biometrics and Surveillance Camera Commissioner from 31 October.
I am grateful for the experience you have brought to the role and the work you have done since your appointment, promoting compliance with the biometrics rules and the Surveillance Camera Code.
