This Annual Business Plan aligns with the CNPA three-year Strategic Plan to set the direction of the CNC until 2026.

The annual business plan is underpinned by the three Strategic Goals set out in our three-year Strategic Plan. This plan focuses on our priorities for the year 2023/24 and outlines how we plan to achieve them, alongside how the Constabulary will be held to account to ensure we do.
