Details

In 2016/17, DJS Research conducted a quantitative survey of stakeholders involved in CMA projects. The survey results show the CMA’s strengths and weaknesses and how well it performed on the main attributes of working relationships including:

  • objective decision making
  • commercial awareness
  • transparency of processes

The CMA will take the results into consideration as part of its commitment to continuously improve its processes and work practices.
