Details
Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) reported the breaches to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA). These included:
- its failure to issue Switching Leaflets to customers on an annual basis
- its failure to issue 14-day pre-notifications to customers before deducting overdraft charges and debit interest
This letter sets out the action agreed between the CMA and LBG to remedy the breaches of the Order.
