The Chair welcomed the Board members to the meeting.
5. 2. Housebuilding market study
The Board was updated on the progress of this market study and reflected on the proposals, options and trade-offs in the paper. It agreed that the CMA should consult on a proposal to make an MIR at the end of the first six months of this market study.
