Details
There was a 67% completion rate across DCMS and we achieved an engagement score of 54%.
The overall DCMS engagement scores have remained largely the same as last year with some positive improvements in perceptions of change management, people having strong role clarity, feeling valued and being treated with respect.
There has also been an improvement in employee voice with people feeling able to communicate messages upwards and staff having greater clarity about organisational objectives and purpose.
There are also areas in which our staff would like to see improvement, particularly around the visibility of the senior leadership team and our learning and development.
We are working with staff to inform and develop our response to the survey.
