Civil Service Pension Recovery Plan Update - 24 August 2026

Updated 24 August 2026

Capita has been asked to share details of the Ill Health Retirement and Death in Service cases that are over 150 days old. This is so we can help to clear these cases and Capita can make the necessary payments.

The Government Actuary’s Department will also deploy a number of colleagues to work through some of the oldest and most complex cases. Some of these were old at the point of transfer from the previous administrator.
