Retirement quotes
Of the c4,000 quotes which were outstanding at the end of June, 240 remain in the backlog.
Interest on late payments
To supplement the guidance previously published (on delayed retirement payments and delayed death benefit payments), Capita will develop a calculator tool. The Scheme is committed to ensuring that every member is treated fairly and that no one suffers any financial loss due to these administrative failures.
