The recovery team continues to work with Capita in order to issue retirement quotations and clear the bulk of the quotations backlog by the end of June.
Retirement quotations
Approximately 4000 quotes have been issued in the last two weeks. Capita and employers are working to ensure the data used is correct so the remaining backlog of quotes can be issued by 30 June.
A ‘Quotes Hub’ is live on the CS Pensions website to help answer common questions.
Escalations
The recovery team is working alongside Capita and employers to manage escalations with regards to pension payments, ill health retirements, death in service and bereavement cases.
Call Volumes
Call volumes remain high but the average wait time is now 17.5 minutes.
Transitional Support Loans
2395 loans have been issued for a total value of £12.9 million.
Immediate Priority
The taskforce continues with our immediate priority to stabilise the service and give current and former Civil Servants the service they deserve.
