Mr Letwin launches a groundbreaking guide for Chinese companies on how to invest in the UK and meets with a number of real or potential investors. He discusses with key Chinese interlocutors the challenges of attracting more Chinese tourists to the UK and increasing the number of Chinese speakers in the UK. He discusses economic reform with policymakers, including with the de-facto CEO of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone and the Central Party School.
