Yerköy – Kayseri High Speed Rail Project
2. Description of project
The Project is the construction and operation of a new 140 km high speed railway, connecting Yerköy to Kayseri, in Turkey.
The Project aims to contribute to the economic activity in the region by developing a fast, safe, sustainable and economical transportation route within the hinterland of central Turkey. The intention is that the Project will increase railway use for intercity transportation and reduce dependence on road transportation.
