Duqm Refinery and Petrochemical Industries Company L.L.C (Duqm Refinery).
2. Description of project
A greenfield Project comprising a 230,000 BPD oil refinery with on-site utilities at Duqm, oil storage at Raz Markaz, an 80km crude oil pipeline from Raz Markaz to Duqm and a product export terminal at the Port of Duqm.

Special Economic Zone at Duqm, Oman.
