ACC, Koloma Ministerial City
2. Description of project
Government of Guinea have a requirement to develop new Government offices as the existing office stock is no longer fit for purpose.
The Project includes the development of twelve 7-storey buildings, two car park buildings, parking areas, utilities, restaurants, an auditorium, heritage pavilion and amphitheatre.
3. Location of project
Ratoma district in the northeast of City of Conakry, Republic of Guinea.
