- explore the potential of local car clubs by reviewing the different types of club and their benefits
- procure a car club for residents, businesses and council staff
- provide access to parking bays for car club operators
- enable access to shared or dedicated electric vehicle (EV) chargepoints for car clubs
- engage council teams, residents and businesses to support car club implementation
- require housing developers to introduce or support car clubs
