Processing applications

When the scheme launched, we initially accepted 150 applications so we could test and refine the process. These 150 applications were part of the scheme’s phase 1.

Having reviewed how the scheme is working, we have decided not to pause applications and have moved into phase 2. This means future applicants can continue to apply without delay.

Monitoring the scheme and obtaining feedback

We will continue to monitor and review how the Capture Redress Scheme is working.

As part of this, Ipsos (an independent research agency) will invite those who have received their final settlement to take part in interviews to provide feedback on their experience. We will use this feedback to inform any changes that may be needed.
