  1. Corrected a reference to the Prudential Code where the wrong paragraph had been referenced. (In section 5.2.3, it should be referencing paragraph 95 instead of paragraph 70) - Updated the back sheet to fix an ingestion bug (i.e. how the data is formatted).

  3. The CPR4 form has been updated for 2024-25. The CPR4 guidance has been revised.
