This privacy notice outlines how DBT will handle personal information collected by local authorities through their delivery of the Business Recovery Grant (BRG).

Following activation of the flood recovery framework, the BRG will support eligible small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) business premises within qualifying flooded areas to help with recovery.

The BRG is part of a wider HMG response and is delivered by DBT in line with the flood recovery framework: guidance for local authorities in England.
