This information letter provides information on the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government’s announcement of the provisional non-domestic rates multipliers for 2012 to 2013. The provisional multipliers will be confirmed after either the local government finance report for 2012 to 2013 has been approved by Parliament or 1 March 2012.
