This is the second Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) report against the Business Impact Target (BIT), in line with the obligations set out in the Enterprise Act 2016 and the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015. The BIT concerns the economic impact of regulation on businesses.

The document above sets out the CMA’s non-qualifying regulatory provisions for 9 June 2017 to 20 June 2018. There were no qualifying regulatory provisions.
