This document is for applicants to, or participants of, the Business Growth Service or its predecessor services GrowthAccelerator and the Manufacturing Advice Service (MAS).
Following the closure of the Business Growth Service on 31 March 2016, the data collected and processed from you will be transferred to the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, this document sets out:

- the terms and conditions on which we will process and handle your data, including any marketing preferences to which you may have consented
