This document is for registered external experts (or someone who has provided information as part of an application to become registered) of the Business Growth Service or its predecessor services GrowthAccelerator and the Manufacturing Advice Service (MAS).

Following the closure of the Business Growth Service on 31 March 2016, information supplied by you will be transferred to Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, this document sets out:

  • our commitment to you
  • the terms and conditions on which we will process and handle your data, including any marketing preferences to which you may have consented
