This Knowledge base profile has been updated in the Names section to show when HM Passport Office will add an observation to the British passport referencing the name shown in the customer's foreign passport.

The change of name section has been updated to show how a Bulgaria customer can change documents to their married name, and that it is not possible for a customer to change their name due to a change of gender. The gender recognition section has been updated to show gender change is not recognised in Bulgaria.
