Details

Following the Grenfell Tower fire, the government commissioned an independent, forward-looking review of the building regulations and fire safety system, led by Dame Judith Hackitt. The final report was published on 17 May 2018.

This is the government’s response to the Housing, Communities and Local Government Select Committee’s report on the independent review of building regulations and fire safety: next steps published on 18 July 2018.
