Details

Complaints that the union breached its rules in respect of the actions of the union’s executive committee and general secretary and also in respect of disciplinary action taken against the claimant. Following correspondence the claimant withdrew the complaints and they were dismissed by the Certification Officer on the claimant’s withdrawal.
