Details

The claimants made two complaints which alleged that the Union had breached its rules 1) by not holding an annual general meeting of the Derbyshire County branch of the Union and 2) by denying the retired members of that branch the opportunity to stand as, and/or vote for, delegates to the National UNISON retired members conference held in October 2011. The Certification Officer upheld the first complaint and refused the second.
