Two complaints of breaches of rule in relation to the conduct of the 2009 elections to UNISON’s NEC and to the failure of the union to investigate whether disciplinary charges were justified against a branch secretary in relation to that election. The Certification Officer dismissed the complaints upon withdrawal by the claimant.
