Details

Five complaints alleging breaches of union rule relating to the union’s 2006 Special Conference. The Claimant withdrew one complaint at the hearing, the Certification Officer dismissed three of the complaints and made the declaration sought by the Claimant in the remaining complaint. No enforcement order was issued in the complaint which was upheld.
