Details

The claimant alleged that the union breached its rules by failing to hold an election for a post on the union’s executive and that a person remained in post on the executive without being subject to re-election. Following correspondence, the claimant withdrew his complaint. The Certification Officer’s decision dismissed the complaint on withdrawal by the claimant.
