Original decision (D/21-35/01) issued on 2nd March 2001. In this decision, issued 8 August 2003, the Certification Officer (CO) considers whether it was appropriate to make an enforcement order following the remittance of the case, by the EAT, to the CO following an EAT judgement which allowed an appeal in respect of one breach of union rule complaint.
