Details

The claimant made an application to bring complaints that the union had breached its rules in relation to its disciplinary procedures. The Certification Officer struck out the claimant’s application on the grounds of excessive delay in proceeding with it and/or that the manner in which the proceedings were conducted was unreasonable.
