Complaint of breach of rule relating to appointment or election of a person, and/or the constitution or proceedings of the executive committee, section 108A(2)(a) and/or (d) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992. Further complaint that union breached section 46(1)(b) of the 1992 Act. Application dismissed upon withdrawal by the applicant.
