Details

Complaint of breach of section 47(1) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 and breach of union rule - unreasonable exclusion from standing as a candidate for position of National Chair of the Association. Breach of rule by union’s National Executive Committee in its interpretation of rule. Terms of enforcement order required Association to hold a further election for the post of National Chair.
