Seven complaints made that UNIFI had breached its rules in relation to a ballot, breached the statutory provisions for the conduct of a ballot of members in connection with a merger and breached the statutory provisions in relation its register of the names and addresses of its members. The Certification Officer dismissed all the complaints.
