Details

The claimant alleged a breach of section 51(6) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 and various breaches of rule in relation to his removal from the NEC and in relation to certain elections in 2009. The Certification Officer refused to make the declarations sought by the claimant.
