Entitlement to vote - Election of National Executive Council - Union failed to accord equally to all members entitlement to vote in the election for membership of the the Union’s NEC. (Section 50(1)).

Enforcement order issued requiring that persons elected to the Union’s NEC representing certain groups of members should cease to hold office forthwith.
