What’s happening
Contractors will be carrying out de-silting works on the tidal Great Ouse at Salters Lode and the Old Bedford Sluice. They will also be reinstating tyres and clearing the downstream, tidal landing stage at Salters Lode.
This will be land based work so should not impede on navigation, however please take care when in this area and adhere to any instructions given by the contractors on site.
