The Ministry of Justice commissioned Hook Tangaza - an independent, specialist advisory firm that focuses on the legal sector - to analyse the numerous economic, trade, and innovation benefits of the UK’s liberalised legal services market. 

The report explores how the UK’s liberal, well-regulated legal services market underpins its economic success and strengthens the UK’s global reputation for the rule of law. Drawing on economic data and sector insights, the report highlights:
