Frontier Economics were commissioned by the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) to design the process and impact evaluation of the Automotive Transformation Fund (ATF).

This report sets out the evaluation framework for the process and impact evaluation of the ATF. The purpose of the evaluation framework is to guide and support future evaluations, setting out the metrics against which the ATF should be assessed and the evaluation techniques that should be used.
